By creating an account or using Trading Arena, you agree to these terms.

1. What Trading Arena is

Trading Arena is a stock-market discussion platform where members can publish screenshot-verified track records. Traders import performance charts; rankings use each trader's last-uploaded return since a locked start date. Values stay frozen between refreshes. Verified access is a paid subscription ($5/month with a 30-day free trial). Trading Arena is not a brokerage, does not execute trades, and no real money is invested through the platform.

2. Not investment advice

Posts, rankings, and performance records are user-generated or derived from trader-uploaded screenshots. Nothing here is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset. Do your own research; real trading involves risk of loss.

3. Your account and verification

One account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Verified membership unlocks the feed, portfolio import, and rankings. Your track-record start date locks after the first portfolio upload and cannot be edited — that is the point of the product. Later uploads refresh return figures on that same start date. We may suspend accounts that attempt to game rankings, upload misleading screenshots, operate multiple accounts, or abuse the platform.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. A free trial may require a payment method up front; you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges. Fees and trial length are shown at checkout and may change for new subscriptions with notice on the platform.

5. Your content

You own what you post and grant us a license to display it on the platform. No unlawful content, spam, impersonation, harassment, or market manipulation schemes (including coordinated promotion). We may remove content and accounts that violate these rules. Report problems via the in-app report action or [email protected].

6. The service

The platform is provided as-is, without warranties. Screenshot parsing and derived returns may be imperfect; traders remain responsible for the accuracy of uploads. We may change or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Arena is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
